L'objectif du projet est de contribuer à la compréhension et à l'amélioration de la résilience de territoires transfrontaliers aux risques de désastres. Les connaissances scientifiques et les pratiques des décideurs seront améliorées grâce à une approche . La finalité du projet est de contribuer à la compréhension et à l'amélioration de la résilience de zones transfrontalières aux risques de catastrophes avec l'étude de deux sujets en particulier la résilience des citoyens médicalement dépendants et la gestion des volontaires lors de la survenue de crises dans une région transfrontalière.
